I’m a huge fan of this pan!! I think it may be my favorite pan of all time. It’s heavy, sturdy, and well-made. It works on my induction burner as well as my cast iron but wipes clean like a Teflon. I just used it for burgers on the induction burner and the pan was searing hot in less than a minute. Once cooled, it is wiped clean with a paper towel. The pan and the imarku brand are outstanding!
